- Program enrollment data: Information related to your participation in Cooperative programs including vendor partnerships, insurance maximization, HR benefits, merchant services, practice financing, and transitions.
- Financial information: Savings estimates, enrollment data, and program performance metrics associated with your practice. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax identification numbers through the Site.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and navigation paths.

- Microsoft Dataverse: Your membership and program data is stored in and retrieved from Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, which serves as the Cooperative's central data platform.
- Identity providers: When you sign in through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), we receive your name and email address from the identity provider.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the member portal and Cooperative services
- Display your practice's program enrollment, savings, and performance data
- Process membership applications and program enrollments
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Connect you with your Area Director and vendor partners
- Send administrative communications about your membership and programs
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Vendor partners: When you enroll in a vendor program, we share necessary enrollment information with that vendor to facilitate the partnership and track your savings.
- Service providers: We use Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 to host and process your data. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Area Directors: Your assigned Area Director has access to your practice information to provide personalized support and program recommendations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our members.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) for all web traffic
- OAuth 2.0 authentication with Microsoft Entra ID for member portal access
- Role-based access controls within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Content Security Policy headers with nonce-based script protection
- Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your Cooperative membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Program performance and financial data may be retained in aggregate form for historical reporting.
